Mighty military contract

The contract will see Balfour Beatty design and construct the East Campus Building #4 and a c.1,180,000 square foot parking structure on the US Army military installation. Work is due to complete in Spring 2026.

The project will draw on Balfour Beatty’s experience in financing, developing, building, maintaining and operating the increasingly complex and critical infrastructure that supports national economies and deliver projects at the heart of local communities.

Over the last 113 years the business has created iconic buildings and infrastructure all over the world including the 12.5-mile $429 million North Metro Commuter Rail line in Colorado, US.
